“I guess.” Hiroki blinked a couple times. “But your eyes are really… nice, Takahashi-san.”
“Thank you. Your eyes are quite unique as well, Kamijou-san. They a shade of brown I don’t think I’ve seen before, with a tint of red to them. I guess a lot of people tend to have very unique eye colors.”
Hiroki frowned. “They’re not all that great…”
“Oh, you think so? Well, I think they’re a nice color. I don’t think my eyes are that great or unusual, but you seemed to think they were strange, right?”
“Well, because they are! I haven’t seen a lot of Japanese people with green eyes…”
“I guess that does make my eyes a little strange, since not a lot of Japanese people have green eyes. I see what you’re talking about now,” Misaki chuckled softly as he found himself gradually loosening up. After a moment, he changed the subject.
“What do you like to do, Kamijou-san?”
Hiroki shrugged. ”Read, I guess… Akihiko lets me read his stories when I’m done. And I’ve read a ton of books.”
